I loved everything about this stay. I first visited before the pandemic in Nov 2019 when I last visited Portugal, however was staying elsewhere in the area, and discovered the hotel whilst out on a walk, so to be able to stay here was an absolute treat. It was a total R&R vacation, and I did exactly that and the staff were so accommodating. Special mention goes out to the following members of staff who made my trip very memorable: Dueilian, Miguel whose service was impeccable. Also Laura and Juan who were very helpful. Chef Rui Amaral who made the most amazing seafood negro pasta and sea bass dishes and Chef Nidia for her amazing dessert.

Due to a facility issue, the restaurant was undergoing repair when we arrived so breakfast was served by the pool. There was some confusion between the reception area and the communication to the restaurant staff so too many people showed up at the same time. However, the woman managing the restaurant handled the issue with ease. She directed staff to bring more tables from the restaurant and arrange them around the area to accommodate all guests. Everyone was satisfied and it was seamless. Bravo to her and the entire staff!

The spa and health club provided a serene sanctuary, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. The resort's commitment to cleanliness was commendable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Lastly, the delectable food served at your restaurants was a culinary delight. I highly recommend your resort to anyone seeking an exceptional getaway experience.

Breakfasts were excellent with unlimited choice of Cooked, choice of Cereals, choice of fresh fruits and Yogurts, freshly made bread and rolls, waiter service for Coffee and Champagne!! Tables were nicely spaced out with table cloths. The standard room was very spacious and well equipped with Fridge, TV had 3 English channels, Zircon was good and very importantly the WiFi was great. We liked the way the rooms were laid out in the complex and were very quiet.

Even on the special barbecue events they cooked a special vegan meal for me. Kids oriented. The park is very nice planted
